Last time I lived in London, this area was a construction site behind Paddington Station. Paddington Waterside Partnership has been the driving force of change.
On a tour with the Royal Town Planning Institute, we were led through a whistle-stop tour of all fourteen building sites within the basin.

The tour had many more interesting bits but sadly my being lost and the deteriorating conditions did not allow for further photos. A return trip is planned on an sunnier day for dim sum at Kam Fung with Ann’s brother, Ken.
