Walking the baby!

This morning I received a text from Andrea, whose pregnancy term date was today, that her midwife suggested walking as the baby had not dropped into position. We met up and a fortifying tea before wandering through Borough Market and down to the Southbank. We were headed to a concert at noon.

The day could not have been nicer as we headed up the stairs to the Purcell Room for the London Sinfonietta’s “Sounds of the City” performance.

I was ashamed that I had never been up to the lovely tables and beautiful view that the concrete monster afforded. When you see the skate park, head up the stairs to enjoy a lovely area.

Kerry met us for a quick lunch at Borough Market and then Andrea flashed off to Bow, where her husband, Fraser, received his citizenship to the UK today in a ceremony.
