Always looks fake in photos.

With french inspiration, Kerry came home with a mini-sunflower and
baguette for me from the KCC market!

While this photo doesn’t do it justice, it was amazing to see the full
moon twice on the same day (Sept. 23 am in Guam and pm in Hawaii).

Haven’t seen to many of these (except here of course).

The interior of Southern Guam is Cockpit Karst forming the peaks as
the limestone erodes away in the large depresison areas below.

Umatec Bay is the landing point of Mr. Magellan in 1521 begining the
Spanish influence on the Chamorran people.

Okay not quite, but it did have spiral stairs leading up to the top of
each turret!

This was a rec center with really pretty windows. Since every other
building here is a concrete bunker, I had to highlight it!

This is a statue representing Our Lady of Karamin, an ironwood carved
figure who washed ashore in Merizo 300 years ago flanked by two crabs
with votives on their back. Fisherman brought her in and she is now
in the Basillica as the Patron
Saint of Guam and the Marianas.

This "post-office" is attached to the front of someone’s house!
